PLEASE NOTE:  REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS IN OPENED BLISTER PACKAGES OR DAMAGED OR MISSING ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCT BOXES. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED ONLY FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE RESALEABLE. KLEIN ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS OF A CONSUMABLE NATURE (any replaceable part in proximity to the ear or the mouth, e.g. eartips, microphone cover, etc.) CANNOT BE RETURNED.

For refunds, please call 1-888-909-8760 or email customerservice@PoliceEquipmentDealer.com to receive a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Then provide us with your name, address and daytime phone number, along with your RMA# on the form included with your order. Place the product(s) back in the original shipping box along with all the paperwork and packaging. Address the package to Returns Department, Andax Industries LLC, DBA: PoliceEquipmentDealer, 613 W. Palmer Street, Saint Marys, KS 66536. Sorry, we cannot accept freight collect or C.O.D. shipments. Items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.

Manufacturer's Warranty:  After 30 days, warranty claims for defects in material manufacturing or workmanship only on Klein Electronics, Pelican Cases, Pelican Lights and Pelican Remote Area Lighting Systems must be returned to the manufacturer.  The manufacturer's warranty continues to remain in full effect subject to specifications.
