The final price listed for your customized package includes the IMSA Series Racecar Helmet Headset. Choose Dynamic or Electret microphone from the dropdown. Both Dynamic and Electret mics are compatible with either the Nascar or IMSA headsets. 

• A Dynamic mic is quite durable and produces a "fatter," less tonally detailed sound. It withstands very high sound pressure levels, and withstands more use and abuse than an Electret mic. Dust, smoke and humidity do not cause serious deterioration in performance.
• An Electret mic transmits more subtle nuances in sound. It is slightly less durable than the Dynamic mic, but capable of more detail. An Electret mic likes the controlled environment of the indoors.

A K-Cord is required for use with the IMSA Series Racecar Helmet Headset, but it is NOT included in this kit.  Please order the K-Cord seperately.  See the Related Products on the right side of the page.
