I love the battery life. It's definitely more than just 20 hours on how I use mine with my Kenwood NX-5300 radio. I wish it could go louder but if your not as deaf as I am? This would be great enough! For the range, I was able to communicate from this RSM to my NX-5300 for 150+ feet! I am serious! And this kind of makes me worried about the radiations. 150+ feet is really excessive! Other than that, I had to ditch my PrymeBLU bluetooth RSMs. I am glad that I found this brand and model.
